Check-in is from 15:00 onwards, though we allow early check-in as soon as the room has been cleaned and becomes available — this depends on occupancy. Check-out is before 11:00 am.

Yes. If you have a reservation, you can check in at any time — our reception is open 24 hours a day. Please note that walk-in bookings are not accepted after 8:00 pm.

Yes. We require a valid photo ID from every guest without exception. Accepted documents are a passport (required for all international travellers) or a national ID card (for South American nationals). Please also bring the credit or debit card used to make your booking.

Yes — luggage storage is free for all guests at any time, before check-in or after check-out.

🛏 Rooms & Facilities

Your stay includes bed linen, free high-speed WiFi access, and use of all hostel facilities (rooftop terrace, communal kitchen, lounge area, and more).

Most of our dorms are mixed gender, but we also have female-only dorms available. Please check room options when booking.

Yes. We offer a mix of dorm beds and private rooms, including single, twin, and double rooms for couples. If you’re travelling as a group of three or four, contact us and we can arrange a private four-bed dorm just for your party. View all options in the Rooms section.

We always do our best to place everyone in the same booking in the same room. During busy periods this cannot be guaranteed, but we will always make every effort to accommodate your group together.

Yes. We have a well-equipped communal kitchen available to all guests.

Yes. We have coin-operated laundry machines on site.

Yes. All rooms are equipped with backpack-sized lockers. You can bring your own padlock or purchase one at the front desk.

We have two dedicated internet connections providing fast Wi-Fi throughout the hostel. Connect as many devices as you like.

💳 Bookings & Payments

Walk-in bookings are accepted until 7:00 pm, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your bed, especially during busy periods. You can always reach our front desk via the chat box on this website for the best available rate.

The cheapest rates are always available directly on our website. Contact us directly and we’ll make sure you get the best possible deal.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash in US dollars and Chilean pesos.

Yes — changes and corrections can be made subject to availability, provided we are notified at least 24 hours before your check-in date. Please contact us directly to make any amendments.

Yes. Simply visit the front desk before 11:00 am on the day of your check-out to request an extension — subject to availability. We will try to keep you in the same bed, though this cannot be guaranteed. Please note that stays exceeding two weeks are subject to management discretion.

Yes. Foreign nationals travelling in Chile on a tourist visa are exempt from the 19% VAT (IVA) tax on accommodation, provided payment is made in US dollars (cash or card). If you pay in Chilean pesos, the 19% VAT applies.
